At Shipwreck Beads, we want your creative projects to shine; if our beads or jewelry components don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. We offer full refunds or store credit on all items in their original, unstrung condition to ensure your design journey remains seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific transaction and click the 'Return Item' button to generate a request.

  Package Your Treasures

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging and include a printed copy of your return authorization form to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned beads, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
