15SD305-ABR: DBS0107 Delica Trans Gray Iris 15/0 - 9GM
Miyuki's 15/0 Delica beads are precision tube-cut in Japan for exceptionally uniform size and shape — and this transparent gray iris colorway adds a moody, light-fracturing twist to that reliable consistency. At 1.4–1.5 mm with flat parallel sides, they sit flush against each other in stitched work in a way round seed beads simply can't match.
The transparent gray base lets light pass through while the iris finish throws strong multicolor rainbow reflections across the surface — shifting and dramatic depending on the angle.
Specifications
- Size: 15/0
- Color: Greys and Blacks (transparent)
- Finish: Rainbow/A.B./Iris
- Material: Glass, made in Japan
- Quantity: 9g
What to make with them
Their uniformity makes them ideal for brickstitch, peyote, and loomwork where tight, even coverage matters — think intricate geometric cuffs, delicate fringe earrings, or woven panels where that shifting iridescence can ripple across the finished piece. They also work beautifully as a subtle accent bead in kumihimo braiding, where the gray-iris flashes between stronger colors without competing.
